Media Release Policy

1. Grant of Rights

By submitting a video, audio, or text testimonial ("Content") to CreditReel or its users ("Licensees"), you hereby grant to the Licensees a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, and create derivative works of the Content in any media formats and through any media channels, whether now known or hereafter created.

This includes, but is not limited to, the right to use your name, image, voice, likeness, and biographical information in connection with the Content for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes.

2. Waiver of Rights

You hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or products that may be used in connection with the Content or the use to which it may be applied. You further waive any moral rights you may have in the Content.

3. Representations and Warranties

You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and have the full legal capacity to agree to this Release.
• You are the sole creator and owner of the Content or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to authorize the Licensees to use the Content.
• The Content does not infringe upon the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other personal or proprietary rights of any person or entity.
• The Content does not contain any defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful material.

4. Release and Indemnification

You hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless the Licensees, their officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that you may have now or in the future for libel, defamation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity, infringement of copyright, or violation of any other right arising out of or relating to any utilization of the Content.

5. Consideration

You acknowledge that you have received good and valuable consideration for the rights granted herein, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged. You understand that you will not be entitled to any further compensation, royalties, or payments of any kind for the use of the Content.

6. Governing Law

This Media Release Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensee is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
